In the app
- Open Next Owner and sign in.
- Go to Account, then Delete my account, and confirm.
- If you have a sale in progress, finish or cancel it first.
By email
If you can no longer sign in, email support@nextowner.ae from any address, telling us the email address and mobile number on your account. We will confirm it is you and delete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile, email address, mobile number, listings, photos, offers, viewings, notifications and blocks are deleted straight away. Your open offers are withdrawn and booked viewings cancelled first, so the other person is told.
- Reports you filed are kept without your name. Records of completed sales may be kept for up to 5 years where the law requires it.
